Our accessibility target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site uses semantic headings, labeled forms, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, text-based error messages and responsive layouts. An independent Accessibility Conformance Report is not currently available. Contact us with accessibility questions or requests for assistance.
Display controls
Use the standalone High contrast button in the header to turn high contrast on or off. The control reports its pressed state and works without JavaScript. Open the separate Zoom controls to select text zoom from 100% to 400% or reset it to 100%. Zoom and contrast are independent and remember your choices for this browser session. The stylesheet also supports operating-system forced colors and reduced-motion preferences.
Zoom and reflow
Text zoom enlarges the site’s text and controls; it is additional to your browser’s own zoom. The layout is designed for browser zoom through 400% and a 320 CSS-pixel-wide viewport without page-wide horizontal scrolling. Data tables may scroll within a labeled, keyboard-focusable region where their two-dimensional structure is necessary. If zoom, text spacing or assistive technology prevents you from completing a task, contact us so we can investigate and help you access the service.
Keyboard and screen readers
A skip link moves to the main content. Navigation and forms use native controls. Required inputs have visible labels, results use status text, and information is not conveyed by color alone. Original vector illustrations have contextual alternatives; the decorative brand mark has an empty alternative so the adjacent name is not repeated.
Reports and external services
Reports are available in HTML and Word; tracker exports are available in CSV and Excel. External payment and identity-verification experiences depend on the provider. Contact us if you need help using a report or completing a payment, or if you require another format.
Report a barrier
Use the contact form and choose Accessibility barrier. Tell us the affected page and task, what happened, and your browser or assistive technology if you wish. Do not include passwords or confidential records. We will use the report to investigate the barrier and discuss an alternate way to complete the task where needed.
